Just off the 10 freeway, 15 minutes east of Culver City, West Adams hosts some of the most exciting new resources for the working creative. West Jefferson is lined with design shops, artist studios, galleries, vintage shops and an increasing amount of tasty food and drink options. Time spent at West Adams is sure to yield maximum productivity in an atmosphere tailored to focus in. Here are some spots around the area you shouldn’t miss next time you stop by.

      • Highly Likely Café is highly recommended if you’re in the mood for a well-prepared, well-presented breakfast or lunch. The indoor/outdoor café also features a wide range of organic wines and craft beer at the counter.
      • If it’s 100% plant-based street food truck vibes you’re after, Party Beer Co. is a fairly new establishment that offers all outdoor seating and service. All from a truck parked outside of the brewery that’s onsite.
      • Seeking inspiration? Thinkspace Gallery exhibits contemporary art by young and emerging artists and is about a ten-minute walk from Pirate.
      • For an escape into a more natural setting, visit Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area just a ten-minute drive from Pirate. You’re sure to find your bliss in the many features and areas the park has to explore.

What is verification and how does it work?

Being verified unlocks extra features at Pirate, like Refer-a-Friend credits. You also need to have your identity verified before you book one of our DJ or recording studios, so it’s a worthwhile investment! Don’t worry, the process only takes two minutes.

TIP: Use your mobile, it's easier to get a clear shot of your face/document.

I have an issue with my certificate code!

Please use WhatsApp, Live Chat, or email us and our support team will help you out. They're on hand 24/7 and will get it sorted.

WHAT IF SOMETHING BREAKS OR I NEED A SPARE?

Spares in every location! We carry lots of spares on our sites in case you need any further equipment or something has a fault. You'll also find lots of spare cables and mics in our rehearsal studios if needed.

Is something missing from the room or do you need an item from the Spares cupboard? Hit us up on Live Chat via the website, on WhatsApp or give us a call on +1 844-274-7283. We will be more than happy to help.

Are food and drinks available at the studios?

A handful of locations do have vending machines but we suggest you bring your own food and drinks with you. Most Pirate sites are near local shops for convenience, and several sites have a kettle and microwave. Check out our support hub or the location page for your Pirate studio for further details.
