I kick off each drum lesson with a warm-up to get the blood flowing and muscles ready for action, focusing on stretches for wrists, arms, and legs to reduce injury risk. From there, we dive into fundamental techniques like grip and stick control to help you get a clean, powerful sound.

Once we’re warmed up, it’s all about mastering rudiments—those essential building blocks like singles, doubles, and paradiddles. Whether you’re looking to improve speed, prepare for a performance, or develop your own style, we’ll set goals to keep you motivated and progressing. For those interested, we can also explore writing drum parts and breaking down tracks for covers, adding dynamics and fills that enhance the overall sound.

Above all, my lessons are designed to be relaxed, fun, and encouraging, making drumming a rewarding and creative experience.
