If you’re heading in or out of a session in Croydon, Boxpark Croydon is the obvious default — quick food, familiar faces, and enough noise to ease you back into the city. When you need the opposite, Wandle Park is a solid reset: quiet paths, open space, and a few minutes to clear your head before the next booking.

Around Greenwich, Greenwich Market is an easy in-and-out for street food and coffee without losing time, while Greenwich Park gives you space to slow things down — especially useful if you’re coming off a long session and need a breather.

In Earlsfield, most people drift along Earlsfield High Street, cafés, takeaways and low-key pubs that work around evening sessions without trying too hard. If you want something calmer, King George’s Park is close enough for a short walk and far enough from the rush to properly switch off.
