Earning Points

1. The earning rules for points are subject to change. Please refer to your Rewards section for the most updated earning rules.
2. Points can only be earned on bookings paid for with full or partial cash. Points cannot be earned on bookings paid for with studio credit or gift cards.
3. Gift cards, merchandise, equipment rental, food, and beverage purchases are not eligible for earning points currently.
4. Points are awarded within 30 minutes of a qualifying event. 

Redemption

1. Points can only be redeemed in exchange for the rewards listed in the Rewards section. Points are not exchangeable for cash or studio credit.
2. Once points are redeemed, they cannot be un-redeemed.

Expiration and changes

1. Points expire 12 months from their earning date. The expiration window may be subject to changes at the discretion of Pirate Studios in the future.

Eligibility and Enrollment

1. The Pirate Rewards program is free to join.
2. Customers are automatically enrolled in the rewards program upon sign-up or upon earning first points according to current earning rules.
3. The rewards program is available only for customers at locations to be confirmed (TBC)

Membership Conditions

1. Points are allocated per account, and pooling or transferring of points is not permitted.
2. Only one account per customer is allowed as per our account usage policy.
3. Account deletion or banning will result in the permanent voiding of all points, unredeemed rewards, and unused discounts

Program Availability

1. Pirate Studios reserves the right to discontinue the Rewards program at any time without prior notice
2. All redeemed points will be forfeited, and refunds in cash or studio credit will not be provided.

Fraud Prevention

1. Pirate Studios reserves the right to cancel or suspend participation in the Program or any earned Rewards in case of fraud, abuse of rewards privileges, violation of terms and conditions, or at our discretion.

Limited Liability

1. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for technical problems or malfunction affecting the operation of the Program and/or Site to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Personal Data Protection

1. By participating in the Program, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal data in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Statement.

Modification of Terms

1. By participating in the Pirate Studios Rewards Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Pirate Studios reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
