Who can earn Pirate Points?

Whilst we make sure everything is working properly, only customers in the following cities can earn and spend Pirate Points:

Manchester
Liverpool
Edinburgh
Glasgow
Sheffield
Leeds

How do I join the Pirate Points scheme?

You don't have to do anything! As long as Pirate Points has been launched in your city, you will automatically join whenever you earn your first points.

How do I earn points?

There are already a few ways to earn points already listed above on this page. We will be adding more as we go so keep checking back.

How do I spend points?

If you login to your account, you'll be able to see how many Pirate Points you've earnt, as well as what you can spend them on. If you have enough points you just click the "redeem" button and done!

Do my points expire?

Yes

When will Pirate Points come to my location?

We aren't sure yet how quickly we will roll out Pirate Points but make sure you sign up to marketing emails and keep an eye on your inbox to find out.

Can I opt out?

Pirate points is completely optional, if you don't want to get involved you don't need to but your account will continue to earn points. We don't share or process any extra information.
