Chosen for Virgin's Women In A&R Programme, she now excels as an advocate for independent artists, managing the dance music imprint Parachute with an impressive roster including Vintage Culture and ANOTR. Navneet's journey inspires globally, showcasing the power of determination and passion in the industry.
