Opening times vary by room and day, so check the live calendar when you book. Your entry code arrives before your session: enter it at the door and head to your room.

Studios, kit and facilities

Croydon has 20 studios: rehearsal rooms in Lite, Standard and Pro, plus DJ and recording rooms. Bring your own headphones for the DJ rooms, and a USB-C cable and hub for recording.

There’s fast, free WiFi, a kitchen with a microwave and kettle, free tea and coffee, vending machines, ear plug dispensers, and air conditioning in every room. Some rooms have sofas, and spare kit is on hand if something goes wrong.

Is the site wheelchair accessible?

This site is wheelchair accessible, although please note that all of the booths/podiums in our DJ studios are placed on a platform with a step up of about 6 inches from the floor. Questions about access? Message us on Live Chat or WhatsApp.

What’s in the local area?

Croydon has a long record of producing musicians. Stormzy, Loyle Carner and Benga all come from here, and the BRIT School, where Amy Winehouse and Adele studied, is in the borough. Pirate is close to Wandle Park, which has a skate park and a stretch of the River Wandle, handy for clearing your head between sessions. For food and drink, the studio has a kitchen with free tea and coffee, and Sainsbury’s Purley Way is a 5-minute walk away. In the town centre, Boxpark runs club nights and live events, and Fairfield Halls has a programme of concerts and shows
